People first, always

The short version of where I've studied and what I'm after.

I completed my BBS at People's College in Kathmandu, and the part of business I want to build a career in is the people side of it — hiring, employee records, and the everyday operations that keep a workplace running.

As Secretary of the Prime IT Club I did that kind of work at a smaller scale: minutes, internal documentation, a membership database, and the coordination behind meetings and events. For my academic project I analyzed five years of Everest Bank Limited's financial performance, which taught me to handle data carefully and present it so other people can act on it.

What I want now is a progressive organization with a dynamic work sphere, where I can develop as a professional and contribute real work while I learn.

What I bring
Careful record-keeping and clear communication. I kept a student club's minutes, internal documents, and membership database in order while coordinating its meetings and events — the same habits HR administration runs on.
How I work
Adaptable to new work settings, and comfortable taking responsibility for a process from start to finish.
What I'm looking for
An entry-level HR role — operations, administration, or recruitment support — in a progressive organization where I can learn from an experienced team.
